Unown Collectables (“we”) operates this website for browsing Pokémon TCG inventory and sending order requests from Barrie, Ontario.

What we collect

• Information you send in an order request or email (name, email, address, message, items).
• Basic technical data your browser provides (such as IP address and device type) via hosting logs.
• Optional preferences stored in your browser (theme, cart, wishlist) — these stay on your device unless you email them to us.

How we use it

We use contact and order details to reply, confirm stock, arrange pickup or shipping, and improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Public visitors currently request items by email; we do not process public card payments on this site yet. If staff use Stripe Checkout later, payment details are handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.

Retention

We keep order and email records as long as needed for fulfillment, records, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
